Comments

Good to know that for EMEA, the cut-off time for submitting a studio push to support is by 12PM Noon (PST) on the day of the maintenance window.

I updated the article to reflect the cut-off time. Thanks marconierlich!

I'm a bit confused about the use of 'GMT' and the footnote - I assume that the time is fixed based on local time in San Francisco, and you are converting this to UK time based on the 'normal' time difference (8 hours). If that is the case, it would probably be clearer to change 'GMT' to 'UK time', with a footnote stating this can vary by 1 hour due to differing summer time dates. Or if you want to be strictly accurate just state the San Francisco local time with the 'normal' UK time below.

@nathan thanks for the feedback. Your assumption is correct in that it is based on Pacific time. I will make some adjustments to make this more clear in the near future. Cheers!

What is frequency of these windows ?

Guide

I am a little confused by the Tues/Thurs  11:59:59 PM - 04:00 AM

Does this mean the maintenance window starts at 11:59:59 PM on THURSDAY and ends at 4 AM on FRIDAY? Knowing the answer to this quickly will be very helpful.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for the warnings, can we confirm then only downtimes for Communities and Care, and so Reach will be kept up (will not be affected)?

Chiming in here with @Leandra_N's reply on the Tues/Thurs 11:59:59 PM - 04:00 AM release

Does times for updates start 11:59:59PM Thursday to 4:00am Friday? I ask this because I got a notification via email on the Friday at around ~2:00am. Usually do not check stage/prod updates until the email notification. Thanks

@rnewell @Leandra_N @SonySQE, yes, updates can start any time between 11:59:59 PM Thursday to 4:00 AM Friday.

We have received an information about the next maintenance on feb 7th 2023. We'll let our users know about it, but is there a default error message popping up during the downtime?

I see that you have received a response from the technical team to the ticket which you created.
